Your application for f.re.e
Secure your share of success—with an exhibition stand at f.re.e, Bavaria's largest trade fair for travel and leisure. Simply use our online application and secure your stand space for f.re.e 2025.
Application as main exhibitor
Anyone wishing to participate in f.re.e as an exhibitor must apply online as a main exhibitor. The online application is not binding. How you can apply, and what you should pay attention to, is explained here.
Main exhibitors who wish to have co-exhibitors at their stand must register online as well.
Tip: If possible, please use the browser Google Chrome in order to fill out the online application form. In other browsers display problems may occur.

Important information on using the Messe München Account for exhibitor registration
1. You don't have a Messe München account yet? Please register. You will receive an e-mail with a verification code, which you must confirm within 60 minutes.
2. You already have a Messe München account? Please log in with your access data.
3. Your previous access data doesn't work? Use the "Forgot password" function or register again if necessary.
Note: Did you last use your Messe München account before April 2024? In this case, a new registration may be necessary due to a system change. This requires a password consisting of at least 12 characters with upper- and lower-case letters, number(s) and special characters.
The application process step by step
Main exhibitor application
We are pleased that you would like to participate in f.re.e as a main exhibitor. Please read the following instructinos carefully; they contain important information regarding the application process. All further information on preparing your trade-fair participation can be found under Tips, Dates & Deadlines.
Please note: Upon application, only the stand space itself is booked; stand building and equipment are not included. These and various other services can be booked later, after successful registration and accepted placement proposal, via the Exhibitor Shop.
How to apply
- Take note of the Conditions of Participation A and Technical Guidelines, Conditions of Participation B and the other documents listed below, in particular the information regarding stand design and special exhibits.
- Switch to the online application and enter all required data. Please do not forget to submit them at the end.
- The registered company is the contractual partner and thus the invoice recipient. If a different invoice recipient is desired, the trade-fair management must be informed as early as possible by e-mail to projektleitung@free-muenchen.de and an appropriate form must be requested. Subsequent invoice changes will be charged with 50 EUR.
- The contact named in the application will receive the placement proposal as well as the access data for the f.re.e. Exhibitor Shop.
We strongly recommend you to apply early. The sooner you do it, the greater the chance that you will receive your desired placement.

Terms of participation & Other documents
Co-exhibitors: application and prices
Main exhibitors who wish to register co-exhibitors for participation in f.re.e can do so online using an individual link. The registration is mandatory.
Registration
You will find the individual link for registering your co-exhibitors in your application confirmation, which you received after completing the online application. The link will also be available in your online application account after you have registered. Under "My applications", select the "co-exhibitors" icon next to the current status; here you will find the appropriate registration link.
Fee
Main exhibitors will be charged 230 EUR for each co-exhibitor registration. This amount covers the costs of the communication fee. Co-exhibitors are included in the trade fair media to the same extent as main exhibitors. The entry is mandatory.

Frequently asked questions about the online registration
I was already registered as an exhibitor, but I can no longer log in
If you have already registered for a Messe München project in the past, you can reuse your user name and password.
If this does not work, go to “Forgotten password”.
Important: Please request a new password only once, even if you do not receive the e-mail for a new password immediately. Sometimes this can take several hours. Repeated requests to reset your password within a short period of time may result in your account being blocked.
Check also your spam folder to see if the e-mail has arrived there.
I don't see the history of trade fair registrations in Munich after logging in
There may be several reasons for this, including the fact that you may registered with a different company name (e.g. a different branch) and your customer account is therefore not identical.
Please contact the support and we will be happy to help you.
I cannot send my registration
Please check that you have selected the number zero and not the letter O for the co-exhibitors.
Ensure that you have not overlooked a mandatory field. Please pay attention to any highlighting or notes in your application to correct any errors or missing information.
