Your application for f.re.e
Secure your share of success—with an exhibition stand at f.re.e, Germany's most active travel and leisure fair. Simply use our online application and secure your stand space for f.re.e 2027.
Application as main exhibitor
Anyone wishing to participate in f.re.e as an exhibitor must apply online as a main exhibitor. The online application is not binding. How you can apply, and what you should pay attention to, is explained here.
Main exhibitors who wish to have co-exhibitors at their stand must register online as well.

Main exhibitor application
We are pleased that you would like to participate in f.re.e as a main exhibitor. Please read the following instructinos carefully; they contain important information regarding the application process. All further information on preparing your trade-fair participation can be found under Tips, Dates & Deadlines.
Please note: Upon application, only the stand space itself is booked; stand building and equipment are not included. These and various other services can be booked later, after successful registration and accepted placement proposal, via the Exhibitor Shop.
How to apply
- Take note of the Conditions of Participation A and Technical Guidelines, Conditions of Participation B and the other documents listed below, in particular the information regarding stand design and special exhibits.
- Switch to the online application and enter all required data. Please do not forget to submit them at the end.
- The registered company is the contractual partner and thus the invoice recipient. If a different invoice recipient is desired, the trade-fair management must be informed as early as possible by e-mail to projektleitung@free-muenchen.de and an appropriate form must be requested. Subsequent invoice changes will be charged with 50 EUR.
- The contact named in the application will receive the placement proposal as well as the access data for the f.re.e. Exhibitor Shop.
We strongly recommend you to apply early. The sooner you do it, the greater the chance that you will receive your desired placement.

Co-exhibitors: application and prices
Main exhibitors who wish to register co-exhibitors to participate in f.re.e can do so online using an individual link. Registration is mandatory.
Registration
Starting this year, co-exhibitors can register via the new exhibitor portal. The person who completed the main registration form will receive access as soon as it has been confirmed by us. Co-exhibitors can either be registered directly in the portal, or an individual registration link can be generated and forwarded to the co-exhibitors for independent registration.
fee
The main exhibitor will be charged EUR 240 for each registered co-exhibitor. This amount covers the costs of the communication contribution. Co-exhibitors will be given the same coverage in the trade fair media as main exhibitors. This entry is mandatory.

Further advertising opportunities - advertising space and vouchers for customers
If you wish, you can order online vouchers for customers and invite them to the trade fair. This is very easy via the Exhibitor Shop. You will be billed via the exhibitor's final invoice. Only vouchers that are actually used will be charged.
You can also present yourself to visitors outside your stand by booking attractive advertising space on the exhibition grounds. You will find an overview of the advertising spaces available, such as promotion teams or Windmasters on the way to the entrance, in the advertising space brochure.

Free participation in the stage program
- You can also increase your own presence outside the stand very effectively with a free presentation, e.g. with a talk, a prize draw, a film, on one of the numerous f.re.e stages.
- Registration will take place from Mid-September 2026. You can find the online registration link under Exhibitor Shop & Marketing Services.
Exhibitor evening - Networking with like-minded colleagues
- The f.re.e exhibitor evening traditionally takes place on the Friday of the fair , in the beer garden by the f.re.e stage in Hall A5.
- You will receive an invitation by separate e-mail in January.
- Places are in high demand and fill up quickly. If you are interested, you should register as soon as possible after receiving your invitation.
