The f.re.e marketing services are the ideal way to promote your trade fair presence:
The obligatory communication fee, which each main or co-exhibitor pays upon participation, includes the basic entry in the trade fair media.
With your registration you have already submitted some data for the basic entry. You will receive a proof of your submitted data from our publishing partner jl medien GmbH starting in October.
Please use the full extent of your already paid basic entry and complete your data! Completion will be possible from October via the Exhibitor Shop.
To get the most out of your trade fair participation, you can also optimize your entry and book additional paid services with our publishing house—e.g. a logo or a banner in the f.re.e visitor mailing.

Components of the basic entry
The following components are included in the basic entry:
- Complete entry with full contact details in the f.re.e exhibitor portal
- 3 entries without logo in the List of Goods
- 3 entries without logo in the destination directory (for exhibitors from the tourism sector)
- 3 entries without logo in the brand directory
- Teaser text in the exhibitor portal (80 characters)
- Social media links

Trade visitor program:
A trade visitor day will take place on 19.02.2026 for trade visitors from the tourism industry. You can register for our trade visitor program from mid-October.

Everyone is talking about sustainability. We will color-code the topics with a sustainability focus and highlight them in the supporting program. Take advantage of this opportunity for more targeted reach with your sustainability offerings on site.
